PEPTİK ÜLSERLİ ÇOCUK HASTALARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: TEK MERKEZ DENEYİMİ

OBJECTIVE: Data on the incidence of peptic ulcer in childhood and risk factors other than Helicobacter pylori (Hp) are insufficient. Complications secondary disease detected 70 (15.7%) patients. were; bleeding 50 (12.7%) patients, outlet obstruction 11 (2.4%) perforation 2 (0.4%) patients.CONCLUSIONS: infection important for children.
